In addition to shunting services, last mile operation is a further pillar of Lappwaldbahn Cargo services. There are connections to the Deutsche Bahn network for wagon group and individual wagon traffic in Altenkirchen (Ww), Haldensleben, Helmstedt, Ibbenbüren-Esch, Osnabrück/Lengerich and Siershahn. A further connection in Versmold enables transfer to the Deutsche Bahn network in Gütersloh und Hövelhof via the Teutoburger Wald-Eisenbahn GmbH infrastructure.
