To ensure train operation in its own infrastructure, Lappwaldbahn Service GmbH has a train control centre manned 24/7. Its services can also be used by third parties in order to operate public infrastructure in train control operation according to FV-NE or to coordinate shunting in sidings. Thanks to modern technology and the use of an electronic train announcing record according to FV/NE, the train controls used are not bound to a location.
